Omnia Field Services joined RCI Holding in 2026: the group’s dedicated technical field services arm, responsible for the operation, maintenance and long-term reliability of renewable energy and grid infrastructure assets across the portfolio.

This partnership doesn’t change what we do or how we do it. It expands the scale at which we can do it. We now operate as part of a group with over 25 years of infrastructure expertise, deep relationships across the energy and public sectors, and the stability that comes from managing €25B in CAPEX across 35 countries.
