- Inspection of photovoltaic modules for physical damage, cracks, delamination, contamination, shading, and mounting integrity.
- Inspection and tightening of mounting structures, fastening elements, grounding systems, and mechanical supports.
- Thermographic inspections of photovoltaic modules, electrical connections, transformers, switchgear, and critical electrical equipment to identify abnormal operating conditions.
- Verification of grounding and bonding systems, including continuity and earth resistance measurements.
- Inspection and verification of DC and AC cabling systems, cable routes, cable trays, junction boxes, connectors, and termination points.
- Inspection and testing of protection devices, circuit breakers, fuses, disconnectors, and associated electrical equipment.
- Verification of string performance and electrical operating parameters, including voltage, current, power output, and equipment efficiency.
- Inspection, testing, and performance verification of inverters, power conversion systems, cooling systems, communication interfaces, and control equipment.
- Review of inverter operating parameters, software versions, firmware updates, event logs, alarms, and fault history.
- Inspection and verification of monitoring systems, meteorological stations, sensors, communication networks, data acquisition systems, and remote monitoring interfaces.
- Testing of alarm systems, backup power supplies, UPS systems, communication equipment, and auxiliary services.
- Inspection of transformer stations, transformer cooling systems, electrical rooms, ventilation systems, cable entries, and associated infrastructure.
- Verification of transformer operating conditions, temperatures, electrical connections, monitoring systems, alarms, and protection functions.
- Identification of potential risks, degradation mechanisms, abnormal operating conditions, vegetation issues, environmental impacts, and safety concerns requiring corrective action.
- Preparation of maintenance reports, technical findings, recommendations, and action plans to support asset reliability and long-term performance.
Corrective Maintenance
Corrective maintenance services are performed in response to equipment failures, alarms, abnormal operating conditions, performance losses, or unexpected events affecting plant availability and operational performance.
⸻
The scope of corrective maintenance services includes:
- Fault investigation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical assessment of equipment failures.
- Emergency response and site interventions following alarms, faults, breakdowns, or operational incidents.
- Repair, replacement, adjustment, and recommissioning of defective components, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Restoration of photovoltaic generation systems, battery energy storage systems, transformers, substations, inverters, switchgear, protection systems, monitoring equipment, and auxiliary installations.
- Replacement of damaged cables, connectors, electrical protection devices, communication equipment, sensors, and control components.
- Repair of grounding systems, electrical connections, junction boxes, cable terminations, and power distribution equipment.
- Resolution of inverter faults, communication failures, monitoring system issues, and SCADA-related incidents.
- Corrective works resulting from thermographic inspections, operational anomalies, or maintenance findings.
- Functional testing and verification following repair activities to ensure safe return to service.
- Technical reporting, failure documentation, recommendations, and follow-up actions aimed at preventing recurrence and improving asset reliability.
Owner’s O&M Oversight
Owner’s O&M oversight services are designed to protect the asset owner’s technical and operational interests by verifying the quality, completeness, and effectiveness of the services delivered by the appointed O&M provider.
⸻
The scope of Owner’s O&M oversight services includes:
- Review of O&M contracts, maintenance plans, service schedules, KPIs, SLAs, and technical reporting requirements.
- Verification of preventive and corrective maintenance activities against contractual obligations, manufacturer recommendations, and agreed technical standards.
- Periodic site inspections and technical audits to assess maintenance quality, equipment condition, and operational compliance.
- Review of maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, test results, fault logs, and corrective actions.
- Monitoring of plant performance, recurring faults, unresolved technical issues, equipment degradation, and conditions affecting asset availability.
- Tracking of open findings, pending corrective actions, warranty matters, and contractor obligations through to closure.
- Coordination with O&M contractors, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, and other technical parties on operational and maintenance matters.
- Independent technical reporting on asset condition, O&M performance, operational risks, and recommended actions.
