What Data We Collect

a) Data collected through the website
We collect the personal data you provide directly when completing a form available on our website, such as the “Request a Consultation” form. Depending on the form, this may include: first name, last name, business email address, phone number, job title, company name, the service or asset type you are interested in, and any message you choose to include.

Each form on the website includes an active consent checkbox, which you must accept before we can process your request and contact you back.

b) Data collected automatically about your visit
During your visit to our website, we may store certain technical data: browser and operating system used, date and time of visit, pages accessed, the page you arrived from and, for security purposes (prevention and detection of potential attacks or fraudulent attempts), your IP address.

You are not required to provide the personal data requested; however, without it, certain website functionalities (such as the consultation request form) may not be usable.

Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to consultation and service requests submitted through the website;
  • contacting you to discuss or confirm a request for technical field services;
  • managing the business relationship, including quotes, contracts and invoicing, where one is established;
  • analysing website traffic and improving the functioning of the website;
  • commercial communication and marketing purposes (only with your express consent).

Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on the following legal grounds: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (e.g., responding to a consultation request); compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., retention of fiscal and accounting documents as required by law); your freely given consent (e.g., marketing communications, marketing cookies); and our legitimate interest (e.g., website security and traffic analysis).

Refusal to provide the personal data required to process your request may result in our inability to respond to it. Lack of consent for processing your data for commercial or marketing purposes has no effect on our ability to respond to your consultation request.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

Cookies and Online Marketing
Our website may use marketing cookies (for example, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag) to display targeted advertising and measure the effectiveness of campaigns on social media platforms. These cookies are activated only based on your consent, expressed through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit to the website. You may accept or decline these cookies, and declining has no effect on your access to the website’s content or services.

Recipients of Personal Data
Your data may be disclosed to:

  • employees and collaborators of Omnia Field Services directly involved in responding to your request or delivering the requested services;
  • IT and hosting service providers who support the operation of our website, acting as data processors under our instructions;
  • public authorities (courts, police or other empowered state bodies), based on and within the limits of legal provisions, further to express requests from such authorities.

We will not use your data for marketing or online campaigns unless you give your express and unambiguous consent.

Data Retention Period
Data submitted through the website forms (name, email, phone, company, message) is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your request, and subsequently for the duration required by any applicable legal obligations (for example, fiscal and accounting retention periods, where a business relationship is established).

Once the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled, or the applicable legal retention period has expired, the data will be deleted.

Rights of Data Subjects
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to access your data and request a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR);
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR);
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
  • Right to object — to object to the processing of your data;
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
  • Right to withdraw, at any time, any consent given for processing your data for commercial or marketing purposes.

These rights may be exercised by written request sent to office@omnia-services.ro.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Security
We ensure your data is protected through appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or accidental disclosure. Our website uses a secure connection (SSL/TLS) to process data submitted through forms.

In the event of a security breach affecting personal data, all affected users will be notified by email or phone, in accordance with legal requirements.
